1 6 Han® Power Power Networks and Industrial Cabling
Figures 1 and 3 illustrate the separate installation of the
line topology for 400 V and 24 V. In line with the
requirements, the distribution systems are realized in
one or two Han-Power® S. The outlets can be
prefabricated as pluggable or with a cable with/without
connector in accordance with ISO 23570.
Figure 3 illustrates a very compact 400 V and 24 V
T-distribution system. The separately installed cable
outlets can be brought together in one connector at the
MCU.
It is also possible to route 400 V and 24 V through a
single cable given sufficiently protected cabling. The
Han-Power® S is equipped with two cable outlets – with
optional connectors, e.g. the AIDA-conform Han®
PushPull L Power for the 24 V.

Topology realization
In order to effectively reduce instal-
lation costs, the 24 V and 400 V in-
stallation levels must be considered
separately and also in combination.
The topologies presented here dem-
onstrate various possibilities for sep-
arate and combined – and therefore
cost-saving – distribution of 400 V
and 24 V, and 400 V and 230 V. Given
modern-day requirements, the power
distribution of 400 V alone is often
no longer sufficient for variable, de-
centralized concepts in machinery
and plant engineering.
